Of course, my own country also has the freedom of speech covered in its constitution, which is article 7 in the Dutch constitution, since I live in the Netherlands, and although the wording in the Dutch constitution is different than in the U.S. As a matter of fact the 1st amendment doesn't not anything of the sort at all. It does NOT grant the right to tell me to shut up or about internet behavior in general. It only protects you from the GOVERNMENT sueing you merely for expression your opinion. I guess you've misunderstood the entire concept of the 1st amendment.
